This is not like other places where I had to wade through pages of human-oriented gobble-de-gook geared towards people who probably couldn’t write a single line of code. If you need that? Fine, but HostArmada makes a CPanel interface available that is clean and to the point. No searching through pages for the interface to get something done. The people are friendly and tech knowledgeable, even without submitting a ticket. I look forward to writing CGI code in Perl again, just for the giggles of it, and was one of the things I asked about when looking for a new service. It impressed me that I did not have to wait for a tech person to get back to me to let me know about the possibility of that on their site! Often customer service and sales people don’t know those sorts of things, but at HostArmada they did. The people are also friendly and prompt at working things out when I DO have to go to tech support. (I was configuring some specifics that required the help of people with Sysop level access.) All in all, I could not be happier with my service at this point. Friendly, reasonably priced, easy CPanel interface, quick communication and service… I wish I’d come here in the first place.
