| Tinjauan negatif terbaru |  Not worth it T Redon, I have been with Scaleway since more than 3 years , prices were great , started slowly getting more and more expensive without upgrading the quality , the customer support once was good and prompt , now it is just a bunch of ... Lagi newbies which delay the responses and when they respond , they dont fix anything. It was once a good company , but for new customers i would advise to go elsewhere , it is no longer worth it , i paid them thousands over years , it s just not worth the headache anymore . They have blocked the server saying using IP of contabo that is not owned by us. So they requested to remove the IP from the server. I did what they asked within few minutes. Also replied to th... Lagi eir ticket mentioning the solution what we did. They haven’t put the server back online for more than 6 hours. So I have lost nearly 67% clients in that server. 1. They haven’t given a warning or any notification before blocking the server 2. They haven’t answered any support ticket for nearly 6 hours. 3. We lost our hard earned clients within a day.
