e with my server which was caused by a misconfiguration on my end. After searching for a while, I was unable to rule out the root cause of my issue and I contacted the VPS2day support in a last attempt to save my server. And let me tell you, those guys were absolutely delightful to work with. After 5 minutes I got the initial response to my question and after a few messages back and forth they were able to resolve the issue with me. I’m really impressed with the quality of the support, that wasn’t just repeating some default answers but rather top class engineering support with broad knowledge of Ubuntu which is the OS I‘m using with my server. Of course, they might not have the cheapest pricing of all time and there are some smaller UX issues with their user interface as of now but the quality of the service/support and the server itself speak for themselves. fter a month" or " cancel anytime, but they got to keep the money" which is ridiculous. if it's as the customer service claimed "we do not offer server deletions as this is not economically viable for us.", then you shouldn't be advertising " cancel anytime". cuz if u do, that would be a false advertisement. I've esclated this false advertisement matter to Verbraucherzentrale already. and the atittude of customer service is poor as well. the poor atittude of customer service Intensified conflicts and caused me to complain. the boss of VPS2DAY, if you are looking at this, pls take a look at Ticket #93145, Ticket #93172, Ticket 93174 and Ticket 93179.
