ady had previous experience with Knownhost support for a different website I manage, and so I quickly stood up a new account and moved all 14 of my domains from the competitor account to Knownhost.

One of the issues above that was affecting my site at the previous webhost was also affecting it once it moved to Knownhost. However, unlike my previous host who was unable/unwilling to help resolve the issue (that was going on two weeks with a resolution), Knownhost support was able to diagnose and resolve within 30 minutes. One of the best webhosting companies I have ever used and their support is excellent! |

api sering bermasalah seperti website sering lambat diakses. Setelah di cek ternyata memang trafik dari web saya sendiri yang tinggi karena banyak pengunjung yang akses. Setelah saya meminta bantuan tim support dengan menjelaskan kendala yang ada. Akhirnya saya melakukan upgrade ke paket hosting yang lebih tinggi. Sampai sekarang alhamdulilah website dapat di akses dengan baik. Terima kasih tim support MasterWeb sudah memberikan saran agar saya upgrade layanan. Karena ternyata kalau saya tidak melakukan hal itu, website saya bisa saja di suspend karena ternyata web saya tersebut yang memberatkan server.

alerting me to the files that were malicious. I deleted all of them except one (which I missed by mistake). Because of this, on a Friday night, they shut my site down - took it off line. Then they give me the spin that their 'abuse team' is different from their "support team" and they only work 9-5 monday to friday - no after hours support. So my site is now offline until Monday at the earliest. Dreadful service, in no way fit for a professional business to rely on. Please learn from my mistake, avoid these guys at all costs.

Website saya sudah berkali-2 down dihajar hacker, meskipun sudah berbagai cara dilakukan dari update wordpress,update plugin,...

update template, bahkan sekalian ganti templatenya, sampai bahkan disuruh recreate cpanel sama tech support saya manut aja supaya website saya sembuh,meski tak ada backup. Setelah saya buat ulang websitenya eh kena lagi sama hacker yg membuktikan server share masterweb tidak aman. Selain itu dari tgl 24 jan - 31 januari yg artinya sudah 1minggu, itu entah server atau apanyalah itu yg dilt 10 bermasalah sehingga website saya yg lain pun down sudah 7 hari non-stop .
