Distinguido Señor,
Desde el 2014 solo contábamos con una Web estática (algo básico) y con Servicio de Correo de Google Apps, recientemente comenzamos a utilizar el servicio de correo proporcionado por Uds., el cual tuvimos que ampliar, de ahi todos los servicios contratados, junto con esto comenzaron nuestros problemas.
Primero el soporte, cero concepto ITIL, ya que independiente del canal de atención, son Uds. quienes deben registrar sus incidencias como mejor les plazca, como Cliente solo necesito que solucionen el problema y poder reportarlo de alguna forma: Telefónicamente (no atienden desde noviembre del año pasado), Twitter, Facebook (Hacen caso omiso o con un SLA de más de 6 Horas en algunos casos) u otros, ahora si Uds. deciden tomar una incidencia por Facebook, atiendan de forma seria y respetuosa, no dejen a los Clientes esperando una comunicación que nunca llega, ya que si sus Clientes reportan problemas, no es por hobby, es porque realmente necesitan de su atención.
Respecto al tema de correo, entiendo que el contrato es por un servicio de correo electrónico, el que a vista y conocimiento común, debe tener todas las funcionalidades que merecen al tipo de servicio contratado, ergo, si decido utilizar el servicio de confirmación de entrega, no son Uds. quienes deciden si esto se habilita o no, en ese caso, deben especificarlo en el contrato y decir que van a prestar 3/4 de servicio de Correo Electrónico.
Toda esta debacle con el correo, es por su pésima atención frente a variados ticket por perdidas de correos que no llegan al destinatario y se pierden por ahí, de ahí la necesidad de querer usar la confirmación de entrega.
Respecto a su Antivirus y el bloqueo unilateral del servicio, prefería cuando llegaban mensajes de Uds. indicando que se debían revisar algunos archivos, esto a que ahora bajen nuestro sitio comercial sin aviso y de forma unilateral.
Evidentemente, con un poco más de autocrítica podrían mejorar siempre y cuando practiquen lo siguiente:
* Atención Amable.
* Visibilidad al Cliente de lo que está sucediendo cuando reporta una incidencia.
* No tratar a sus Clientes como idiotas.
* Recordar que Uds. brindan un Servicio pagado, no es un favor.
* Respetar los compromisos adquiridos con sus Clientes frente a la solución de sus incidencias.
Por último, espero que mejoren en su Atención de Clientes.

* Do not treat your Customers as idiots.
* Remember that you provide a Paid Service, it is not a favor.
* Respect the commitments made with its Clients against the solution of their incidents.
