That accusation is quite serious and I needed to reply so people can hear 2 sides. As far as the other problems you had well that's your opinion and everyone is entitled to an opinion. I joined this webhost about 1 months ago. The support is very friendly, professional and fast, and the uptime is great as well and the speed is awesome as well :) Recommended.
