Honestly, the best support I've ever seen. Fast (faster in USA working hours), proactive and, of course, helpful. They have always understood my needs, sometimes even offering me free features that I wasn't taking advantage of (caching and general optimization). No crashes in 3 months I've been with them, constant notifications of changes and improvements and a really easy-to-use dashboard. And an extraordinary price. What else would I need?
(This review is so flattering that it's going to look like I got paid, but it's just been the discovery of the year for me.)
Pressable was a company I first heard about a couple of years ago. I've tried many hosts in the Managed WordPress hosting space - I've used most of them. Pressable fits a need for mid-sized businesses or growing agencies that need the features they've come to expect (backups, migrations, themes), but at a price that won't devastate their wallet. If you've looked at hosting like Siteground, GoDaddy managed WordPress, Bluehost, or any of the EIG hosts, you'll probabaly be extremely happy with Pressable. The Starter pack will be enough for many small businesses that have multiple domains.
I couldn't be happier with Pressable. I was with SiteGround for three years previously and decided it was time to level-up my hosting. The migration was seamless. In fact, Bradly in Customer Support went out of his way to ensure everything was working well, even going as far as to uninstall and install Caldera Forms. I've been with them for a year now and am completely satisfied with the value I get from $25 a month (that is actually billed monthly).
stay away from this worst hosting company ever !! there support is very rude and disrespectful ! i wanted to try another hosting and gave pressable a chance, ive asked the live support about the refund option during the 30 days trial, so they guaranteed me that i will get 100% my money back if im not satisfied ! i'm still waiting for my refund over a month !
Of course, we'd like to keep all of our customers-- but we know we can't be the one-stop solution for everyone. I wanted to just make clear that your refund was processed by our team as soon as the cancellation was received, but the lag on the refund was on your banks side. We've seen this plenty of times with overseas transactions, and I apologize that the expectation wasn't properly set.
We wish you the best in all your future WordPress hosting endeavors, and hope you have a great 2019!
I've recently started using them and have transferred 4 websites to them. They offered to help migrate the sites for me and through email were actually very responsive to support requests, even for Wordpress specific issues that other hosts are unwilling to help with. I think the price is actually very low for a WP-optimized host and to host up to 5 sites on the same account. They beat out Siteground in performance and support, and the next step up to WPEngine would be far more expensive (for 4-5 sites) for only a minor increase in performance and support. Can't speak to long term uptime and continued support, but so far I'm happy with them as a good value for strong support WP-optimized performance.
One thing to note is that they run nginx, not apache, so some things (like the custom .htaccess I had fine-tuned on my previous host) was no longer applicable. Minor annoyance, but their support talked me through the difference and they seem willing to help with nearly anything.
