Absolutely do NOT consider using net registries service. We have had nothing but trouble from the beginning. When we started our SEO campaign they hassled us to pay quickly to ensure a better deal then when they had the money we were forgotten about for 2 weeks, it was only because I made daily calls that we were eventually given an account manager. We decided to go with a local company and cancelled our website with them as we found out we were only renting the site! 3 months later we stopped paying the invoice. We paid for our email account so not to disrupt business , there response was to shut down our email!!
You really will be doing yourself and your business a disservice by using them.

I had clients who insisted they stay with netregistry, CPU usage is always maxed out at 100%, memory is zip..... and the service is all about money!!!

These guys are a disaster. I have not been able to send emails since 12 December. They transferred 70 c-panels that are now being read worldwide as spam. Everyone's out emails on these c-panels have been disabled. I have moved to another host provider, but now Netregistry won't unlock my domain name for my new provider. I cannot run a business like this. I am at my wits ends. Run. Run a mile.

We had a hosting issue which was reported to them. They came back to use after one month. We lost $$$. Stay Away.

We have been hosting with these guys for a while now and we have a web site which we spent a lot of money promoting via SEO. We also have a mission
critical Support portal via their cpanel app, that we have spent a lot of time in setting up and which we get a lot of business via. We also use Wordpress via their cpanel for blogs and case studies.
Suddenly last Friday our website and all our related apps display "Account Suspended". After an hour (not exaggerating) on the support line an agent picks up
and tells us our website was moved to another server and we need to update our DNS record. After waiting an hour for the DNS to refresh it is still no working, so back to the support (after waiting time) and the IP they gave up was wrong. On the second attempt it worked, but only parts of our website is working and none of our applications. It is also extremely slow in loading. I have tried to explain that these applications are mission critical for our business, but after almost 4 days they are still not resolved. This host is NOT FOR MISSION CRITICAL applications. Maybe can be used for personal websites that can be down for several days, but then there are cheaper alternatives out there. We are currently looking to move to a professional hosting company.

We're a long term customer - more that 15 years. Website and emails went down last Wednesday at 3.45pm - called many time - 3 out of 4 calls fell dead. We simply were cut off. It's now MOnday - I've called twice - still no resolution or any indication of when it will be resolved. They don;t try to help us. It's really bad. My business is crippled!

Changed CPanel Servers, knocked out email capabitity, ignored support ticket for 5 days, spent over 3 hours on hold to the support line, overpriced, unsupported. Have moved after 12 years.

I've just spent the last 2 days day trying to change details in my account profile (An account I've operated for 12 years)
I can't begin to list all the details of the pure incompetence of Netregistry.
Sent over 3 support cases in 4 days, Name renewal last week was another scam ++++++++
I'm not even able to transfer my Hosting to another company, Netregistery doesn't allow me to retieve the required information & doesn't answer my support inquiries, Its almost pointless calling support "Call centers"
