I am using them for last 2 years. Good support team to help you. There was couple of times I faced the issue with IP block due to which I was not able to access my website. I thought the server was down LOL .. But they are clam and ready to explain you why the issue has been occurred . I will suggest you to give them a try .
I was wondering to see the cheap price and buy a shared hosting with them. First two days was okay but suddenly the server get down! In last 30 days most of the time servers are down and support staffs are missing!
