I'm using host europe all last year, but starting this january i cancel my contract. but still they charged me automatic 10-15 euro for nothing....
They can not give you also a proper support in chatroom..starting to say: call or write us email. when i start callling, nobody answer!
Also User interface is really shit. very hard to find something what u need. but when you try to ask them you have to wait 1-2 days after they answer you back!
More 7 years we rented a server, and it got automatically prolonged for another 12 months. You can't get out of the contract without paying of all remaining months, threatening with legal. Stay away from these.
RIPPERS , SCAMMERS AND RUDE PEOPLE , AVOID AT ALL COSTS
I've rented a server from them for running a game , to play online , in august 2016. In Jan 2017 i emailed them to cancel the server , which they did , but then after 2 months , in March 2017 they billed my paypal account for february and march , months when the server wasnt running. I opened a PayPal dispute with them and I'm waiting , they have refunded the money for march but they wont refund february , because according them the server was up. they are lying because the server was taken down when i emailked them in january so they billed me for nothing. TO BE AVOIDED AT ALL COSTS
They erased all my websites, blocked my domains, erased my data, and blocked my account because of a 19.50 CHF due, from a Bill that never arrived to my email or to my address. I spent over a week solving this problem. I never received a warning before this happened. Since then it has been painful to arrange all transfers from domains to a new host provider.
Although they recognized their failure and restored partially my information they never apologized and they haven't facilitated the resign of my contract. Total NO GO.
Don't waste your time and money if you don't speak english
Their site has an english option but only a small fraction of words are actually in english. I used google translate, but that took so long to have to translate every option, every word, etc. I had used around 10 hosting companies previously and all of them had c-panel. Host Europe does not! This made things a lot more difficult to set up, spend at least a few hours trying to get it all going and in the end I asked for my money back. They said no. And it was only about 2-3 weeks after I signed up and now apparently I am stuck in their 1 year "contract". Good deal!
From the moment I signed up I kept having trouble with this company. They got me up and going, then it kept going in and out of service. I would open tickets and they would fix it. It would work a while and then go back down. All sorts of different errors and other issues.
I will say, their tech support is very responsive and helpful. They finally just moved me to another server and I've been up and stable since then.
