So I published a new blog post and shared it on FB. It became popular and with just 20 people on my site, my blog crashed. It started showing "Resource Limit Exceeded".
I knocked DozeHost on fb. Wasn't expecting much. Just wanted to ask how to upgrade my plan. The customer care officer on the other end responded immediately and asked for my blog link. The officer then showed me that my ram is full from cpanel, increased it to 1GB from 512MB and when that didn't work, properly identified that it was my JetPack plugin which was eating my resource. The office then helped me remove the plugin which made things normal.
Really impressed with their efficiency and expertise. I feel assured knowing that the customer care of Doze Host is capable of resolving technical issues where I myself is clueless.
Another thing I loved about the agent is that how proactive the office was. The agent offered help by himself/hersel cause I was feeling confused and didn't know what to do. The agent predicted what I wanted and acted. Really great job!
