Comparing DTH with 10 years a go when customer got response on every ticket within 30 minutes right now you can be happy if you receive answet at all. And it looks as nobody care about it.
Server was 2 days a go down for 20h and support is nowhere to find. Not any response. Not any word about whats going on and why is server down. I have opened 3 tickets asking to any explanation. Nothing
This kind of support services that DTH provide is absolutely unaccepptable.
I do not want to mention my old ticket where i asked for explanation why is server every day down for 5-8 minutes at the same time. Nobody from support ever bother to give me any answer.
I have a website on Downtown Host since 2009. Since that time my site was down only 6 times for a small time each. Even when they migrated to a better server it was ultra fast and they sent me a message before so I could inform my visitors when and why my site would be offline. I have a large traffic and on my previous server my site was offline like 3 / 4 times per year. They have lots of plans, good price and always were very helpful when I needed them. Support is effective and extremely fast in answer. If I had another website, I would for sure sign up with them again.
Pros: • Don't bother you as often as other hosting providers do for issues like nodes, memory useage etc. • Email support is excellent and works 24X7. You get a response in 10 - 20 minutes • Well educated support staff. Will fix problem in minimal time • Great hosting packagesCons: • Can't find any.
