It saddens us to know that the auto renewal set up to make sure that your services will not be interrupted brought you in to writing this review. We take comments like yours very seriously so we are looking into where we went wrong to make provide a better service to ur customers.

Auto-renewal is set up in your account manually. This option is provided to make sure that your services will be active without interruption. Our system is set to auto bill one week before the expiry date to avoid service interruption and so to provide an extra time if in case auto renewal fails. Our system generates email notification a month before the auto renewal to provide you time to either update card set up for auto renewal or cancel auto renewal set up however in your case the auto renewal was still active as well as the card set up this when we auto bill , auto renewal was successful.
