we have using big rock domain for mail server,is not secured server,more hackers entered to this server and support very very very bad support team,anyone don't choice big rock domain,is not secure,we have facing problem many times....
asbolutely right. they put a message on website that their server is down since 24hours due to malware. still the services are not restored. useless and disgusting customer service. even in chat they will be in hurry to close the issue.
We have been using BigRock dedicated server for an year. and i have very bad experience with them as my server was down more than 12 hours and no one seems to care even after repeated email and telephone call. i would suggest anybody looking for hosting service should not fall into bigrock hand. their customer / support response time is very bad. you might end up in big sh*t.
I have used its service before. They charged my credit card for no reason. And when I have asked them to return the money charged, they refused it by saying it is non refundable amount and can be used for bigrock products only. This is disgusting. The company has no moral values.
I have also raised the matter with the bigrock team. They straight away rejected it. Its my bad that I have used there services. I will request you to not to use there services at any cost. They are cheaters.
