Better than many other provider who promise uptime
With BigRock out biggest problem of uptime was solved because we had a focused team and a good provider that would take care of whatever we needed. Their locations for data centers are really spread out so uptime was never a problem. Glad we chose them.

Not impressed with the pricing for the number of services that are given. In short, I would like value for money. The support and account managers are very honest and nice and help in need. The features are also decent. PLease however work on your pricing.
