First of all - our VPS servers are unmanaged by default. 100% self service. We just provide tools ( VNC/SolusVM) to manage your VPS.
2. What is Docker? 3rd party containers software. We do not offer Docker setup/installation to our clients, even clients pay for setup. It is unsupported by our team and when we start to support it, we will offer Docker VPS or tutorials how to install Docker to VPS. Then we will be able to help with installations.
3. If something do not work, we always offer money back guarantee.

That sounds ridiculous. Why can’t one install Docker on a VPS? Can we install vim, for example? I’s a 3rd-party software, too. Absolute nonsense.

To understand the situation: He is from Turkmenistan. His goverment blocks IP addresses. Already asked to change IP addresses multiple times an it was changed, another VPS server was refunded to credit, as IP was blocked when he ordered new server. He is trying to make us guilty as his goverment blocks IP addresses. Last time we change his IP addresses we crearly said, that it is last time we can change IP address. I do not really think, that we did something wrong, as we do not refund renewals. Probably we should block new orders from Turkmenistan to prevent such situations in future, but that's not good.
