I am trying out 50 web now. The great thing is I can try it for free before deciding to upgrade. It was easy to transfer my DNS and upload my files. Unfortunately, I have not been able to receive emails. I looked all over the site to find help but that information did not exist. I contacted the number which was very hard to locate but it was there, only to speak to a limited English speaking person who told me they cannot help me because I have a free account. This site is quite inexpensive to upgrade to a paying account that is why I was trying it out but not to receive help is worth me looking somewhere else for hosting. Email is a big deal and if I have done everything on my end to ensure the ability to receive emails something is happening on their end yet they are unwilling to help. I spoke with Mike who told me he couldn't help me. I would rather pay more for service than to pay a few dollars for terrible or no customer service.
